How much does a project cost?
Projects are quoted individually after we understand the scope. You'll receive the proposed price, deliverables, and payment schedule before you commit. Domain, hosting, and third-party service costs are identified separately when relevant.
How will I receive the work?
Digital work is delivered online. Your proposal specifies whether delivery includes website files, source code, deployment assistance, or another agreed format, along with the intended timeline.
Can I request changes or ongoing support?
Yes. Your proposal defines the included revision allowance and any support period. Additional updates or maintenance can be requested and quoted separately. Access and editing options depend on the platform chosen for your project.
What about cancellations or refunds?
Payment, cancellation, and any refund terms are set out in your project's written agreement before payment. Contact us about an existing project so we can review its status and agreed terms. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under law.
What should I send with my inquiry?
A short introduction, what you'd like to build, and any useful example links are a great start. Please don't email passwords, payment card details, bank information, or identity documents.
