Scope and pricing

Each project is quoted individually. Before work begins, the written proposal identifies the deliverables, price, payment schedule, intended timeline, revision allowance, and any included launch or support services. There is no purchase or subscription checkout on this website.

Digital delivery

Work is delivered digitally in the format agreed in the proposal. Depending on the project, this may include website files, source code, a preview, or deployment assistance. Hosting, domain registration, licenses, and third-party service costs are separate unless expressly included in the proposal.

Reviews and changes

You can review the agreed work and request changes within the proposal's revision allowance. A change to the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline. Ongoing maintenance is arranged separately unless included.

Cancellation and refund terms

The project's written agreement states the payment, cancellation, and any refund terms before payment. Contact Sebastian about a change or cancellation so the request can be reviewed against the agreed scope and work already completed. This information does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Support and access

Handover information, site access, and any support period are specified in the proposal. Please email your project name and a description of the requested change. Do not include passwords or card details in your message.
